There is currently a widespread service outage affecting all Cloudserve Customers at the moment. The service disruption began at 4:30 AM this morning due a to a power outage at London datacentre which is affecting network connectivity to our Core Bournemouth based Datacentre.
Our datacentre and network providers, IDE Group, are currently on working on restoring services as quickly as possible.
Further updates will be posted here to advise on the progress of service restoration.
