We can see that the Power issue and network connectivity has been resolved and services for Cloudserve customers are coming back online.
We have not had official confirmation from our datacentre service provider that the service incident has been fully restored but we are anticipating receiving that shortly.
We advise customers to login to their services.
Please note service performance may be slightly affected in the next 30-60 Minutes due to heavy load as all customers come back online at the same time. This should settle shortly
If you are still unable to connect to your services please email support@cloudserve.co.uk
Once again we do apologise for the severe disruption to business as a result of this service disruption. We will be sending customers a full incident report shortly.
