“ A network incident on ECX Fabric has been detected on the date and time above at LD8. Current Service Impact: Outage or loss of redundancy for services provided in LD8 IBX. Latest update: We’ve received update from our on-site IBX team that they have started restoring the power to affected devices. Next Action: We are awaiting feedback from our on-site team with more information and expected ETR. The next update will be provided in approximately 30 mins.
